App Design
Project Overview
Länsförsäkringar - one of Swedens largest insurance companies - wanted to help its customers in gaining greater knowledge and self-leadership to promote a more sustainable life for both individuals and the world.

We were tasked with creating a fun and simple learning experience that offers a user-friendly way for individuals to empower themselves in making more confident and informed decisions.

My Contributions
Taking in both clients requirements as well as user input I played a key role in this project by conceptualizing and crafting the entire user interface for the application in Figma. Additionally, I established the design system and fine-tuned the user experience provided by another designer on the team.

Alongside developing a fully operational Figma prototype for testing purposes, I actively engaged in the user testing phase.

Design

Onboarding
Users initiate their journey on the platform through a self-assessment, providing information about their own circumstances. Based on their answers, users can start at different points to create a relevant and personalized experience.

Letting users choose an avatar to represent them captures the audience's attention to encourage continued engagement in their learning and contextualize it.

Engaging missions
Clear progression and context for all missions and quizzes with step-by-step guidance. Users are given personal internal rewards in the form of achievements with different levels.

Profile
The user's profile displays their progress, statistics and achievements as well as external rewards in the form of offers and gifts from Länsförsäkringar and potential partners.

Social interaction
The social aspect of the application consists of quizzes, where user compete against each other. This serves both the purpose of making the gameplay enjoyable and emphasizing the importance of repeating knowledge to enhance learning. Variables for scoring is based on the number of correct answers and the shortest answer time.
